The Parents’ Walking Group meets on various weekdays throughout the term for sociable and walks lasting an hour and a half, returning to the starting point. It is the perfect way to enjoy some of London’s green spaces and to meet other parents. No booking required. Thursday 5 September, 9.45am
Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Meet at the Serpentine Lido cafe. The cafe is on the south side of the the lake near the Princess Diana fountain. Car park nearby on West Carriage Drive. Returning at 11.15.

Tuesday 10 September 2.15pm
School Gate, Lonsdale Road, for a river circuit over Barnes Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge. Free parking on Lonsdale Road after midday. Returning at 15.45.

Tuesday 17 September 9.30am
Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Park. Meet in the car park. Turn right on entering the park via Richmond Gate. Car park is 200m on your right. Meet by the coffee kiosk. Returning at 11.

Friday 27 September 9.45am
Battersea Park and River. Meet at the entrance to the park at the South East corner of the park by the Queen’s Circus roundabout (on the junction of Queenstown Road and Prince of Wales Drive). Close to Queenstown Road train station (mainline from Waterloo) and Battersea Park station (mainline from Victoria). Car park on the left as you enter the park via this gate). Returning at 11.15.

Friday 4 October 10am
Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and Regent’s canal. Meet by Clarence Gate. This is the entrance to Regent’s Park on Cornwall Terrace NW1 4QP at the top of Baker St. Returning at 11.30.

Monday 7 October 2.15pm
School Gate, Lonsdale Road, for a river circuit over Barnes Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge. Free parking on Lonsdale Road after midday. Returning at 15.45. The timing is to fit in with the second-hand uniform sale which starts at 12.30pm.
